It’s about 49 days shy of being 2016. What are your Top 3 Goals for the New Year?
There’s an Instagram post I usually see, around mid-January, which reads something like “if you’re just now planning your goals for the New Year, then you’re already late!” I’m paraphrasing, but this statement is so discouraging! However, this post is to ERADICATE the aforementioned ever applying to you; and in turn, ENCOURAGE you to #ShineIn2016!
I usually get started on my New Year’s goals in the New Year, of course. Though this time, my approach to the new year will be different. Last year, I completed my 2015 goals worksheet on January 1, 2015. While I will complete my goals worksheet again for 2016, I have started early –comparing my 2015 accomplishments (some not so accomplished) to what I am working towards in the coming year. Just as it takes time to break a habit, it also takes time to form one. As of today, November 13, 2015, I have decided to go into 2016 already Rockin’ It! With that said #RestyledMom, let’s not get so far into 2016 waiting for our budgets, our diets, our attitudes, our _____________ (fill in the blank) to fall in line before deciding to kick your goals into high gear. You’ll glance away for what feels like a second, and before you know it, it will be 2017. The only thing you’ll be kicking is yourself –wondering where did the time go?!
